You'd think calling the phone company would be easy! GAH.
I got a new contract from O2, and called Orange to get my PAC code so I could keep the same number. So, of course, Orange now have created a contract for me, for the same price, but with more features. But they're being slow, and stupid about it. GAH. This is precisely why I wanted to switch companies!
O2: £9.79 a month 150 minutes and 300 texts
Orange: £9.79 a month 400 minutes and unlimited texts.
I have to say, I do like the Orange contract, but orange are so ANNOYING at times! Like NOW! The guy has so far put me on hold twice and asked me questions he didn't need to know the answer too, such as my age. I only wanted my PAC code, and I'm still on hold now, and tempted to tell him my bra size if he asks anymore stupid questions.
Ok, so, five minutes later and I'm off the phone. After all the palava of stupid questions and making contracts they turn round and say "We can only give the PAC code to the account holder" FUCKFACES. (Sorry Mum - I know you hate swearing!) My Dad set up the phone, so they'll only give the PAC code to him.
And I'm only trying to get my own contract because Dad said I should pay my own way now that I'm married!
The world is a nasty place sometimes, and Orange are *insert nasty word here*. I want to pay for my own phone, damnit!

Lol! I know exactly how you feel. These companies can have such silly rules which they don't inform you of until they have kept you on hold for a while
Hi Lucy, I just finished redoing the Totally Useless SAL membership list, somehow it got way botched up. So I can now take a minute to stop by and WELCOME you to this totally useless endeavor. I loved reading back in your blog a ways and will pop in again soon when my eyes are back up to really reading more.
